Refund policy

Digital Products (Guides & Downloads)

All digital products are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded. Because you receive immediate access to the digital files upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on digital guides, automations, or downloadable content.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you will receive instant access to the download link via email, the product is delivered immediately upon payment, and no refunds will be issued once the download link has been sent.

Physical Products (NFC Tags & Merchandise)

For physical products, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition.

To request a return:
1. Contact us at hello@heyladybird.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Return the item to: 105 Greenacres, Crawley RH10 6SL
3. Customer is responsible for return postage costs
4. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
